Karoly Tamas Olajos

C. K. Nandakumar
C. K. Nandakumar completed his B. A. LL. B (Hons.) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, in 2001. He is among those few lawyers who have been exposed to both corporate and litigation practice. He heads the Law Chambers of C. K. Sean Sullivan Gibbs
Sean has held directorships and senior commercial positions with contracting and consultancy firms in the United Kingdom and Internationally. With over 30 years' experience in the onshore and offshore construction and engineering industries across the globe Sean has worked across the continents of Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and the Americas. He has acted as quantum expert before various dispute resolution tribunals including adjudication, dispute board, expert determination, arbitration. Sean holds a current Cardiff University Bond Solon accreditation as an expert witness and is on the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and the Arbitrators Association panels of experts. Svitlana Teush is Head of the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy practices at "Redcliffe Partners" law firm (Ukraine), an independent law firm which was formerly the Kyiv office of international law firm Clifford Chance. She holds Master's Degree in international law and PhD from Kyiv National T. Shevchenko University, as well as the Certificate of Completion of the power markets regulation course from the Florence School of Regulation. Svitlana has over 15 years of work experience as a legal practitioner. She is an author of numerous publications, and a regular speaker, on the topics related to the construction, energy and infrastructure industries, including the use of FIDIC contracts in Ukraine. She is a co-author, together with Lukas Klee, of the first ever dedicated article on Ukraine published in "The International Construction Law Review" (Issue No. 1, 2018) entitled "Legal Aspects of Using FIDIC Contracts in International Construction Projects in Ukraine" and a co-author, contributing an essay on Ukraine, to the second edition of the book "International Construction Contract Law" by Lukas Klee (2018).

Claudia Adalgiza Teodorescu is acting as Quantum/Delay Witness Expert in Arbitration Cases held before the International Court of Arbitration in Paris. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law (UK), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (USA). David Lockwood qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1990 and gained a Master's Degree (with distinction) in Construction Law and Arbitration in 2008. He has 28 years experience in the construction industry gained in UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Vietnam. He has held General Director positions for two leading international consultant firms in Vietnam his base for the last 20 years and has worked on over 50 major projects across all sectors. David has been appointed on international arbitration and mediations in Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam for major transport and infrastructure projects in Vietnam funded by international Development Banks. David Lockwood is a regular speaker at seminars in Asia covering FIDIC, contract risk and contract administration matters and is an RICS Accredited Trainer and Assessor. David has drafted contract documentation for over 50 major projects in Vietnam is a keen proponent of contract risk awareness and equitable risk allocation between the parties.
Josef Zak is a Civil Engineer specialized in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) utilized for construction projects and associated business operations digitalization. He is working across range of projects in the Skanska which covers residential and commercial development and infrastructure projects. Josef is member of Skanska Global BIM Knowledge Group. Prior to joining the Skanska in 2016, he worked as software consultant for infrastructure projects with variety of design companies, developers and investors. Josef is also a lecturer at the Czech Technical University in Prague, member of national standardization bodies and member of European Committee for standardization (CEN TC 442 WG03).
